This product utilizes a unique delivery system in a tablet form to maximize the body’s utilization of branched chain amino acids.

Directions:

  • Minimum dose:  Take eight (8) tablets 20-30 minutes before your workout.
  • Optimal dose:  If over 175 lbs., take 8 tablets, 20-30 minutes before workout and 2-4 tablets during activity (~midpoint).

 

Table 1 demonstrates a greater reduction in creatine kinase (a marker of muscle damage) and muscle soreness with BCAA supplementation compared to a carbohydrate solution and placebo.
