DIRECTIONS: mix 1 scoop (5.4 g) with 8 to 10 ounces of favorite beverage and mix vigorously for 30 seconds in a shaker or blender.  On training days, use 1 scoop (5.4 g) within one hour, after your workout.  For maximum results use one additional scoop 15-30 minutes prior to bedtime.
